According to Pakistani media reports, Rameez has been discharged from the PCB. Najam Sethi has been given the command of PCB in his place. It is being told that Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has approved the name of Najam Sethi for the next chairman of PCB. Sethi has also been the PCB chief before. He had stepped down from this post in 2018. He also served as the PCB chairman in 2013 and 2014. According to reports, Rameez will take legal action against PM Shahbaz Sharif’s decision to nominate Sethi for the post of PCB chairman.
