RAU accident: A law will be made to regulate coaching institutes; Atishi said- Delhi Police should take criminal action

After the death of three children in the Rao Coaching Centre accident in Delhi, the Delhi government has come into action mode. The Delhi government has announced that a law will be made to regulate coaching institutes in the coming days. In a press conference, Delhi Education Minister Atishi said that before the law, the Delhi government will form a committee. This committee will include officials, students and coaching institutes. We will make the law based on their suggestions.

He said that the responsibility of taking criminal action against the owners of coaching institutes is on the Delhi Police which handles law and order. He said that there is a need to take criminal action against the owners of coaching institutes. The people responsible for law and order will have to take criminal action, but the problem is that the people who handle law and order are in cahoots with them. If they sit with those people and allow them to run basements, then how will the system run. The people responsible for law and order are challenged to take criminal action against the owners of coaching institutes. It is necessary to put the owners of coaching institutes in the criminal dock.

Delhi police should take action
It is worth noting that the responsibility of law and order in Delhi is handled by the Delhi Police which is directly under the LG. The Delhi government cannot do anything in this. In view of this, Atishi has said this. Her clear indication was that the Delhi Police and the LG should take action against those who break the law.

Rao IAS Coaching Center was running in the basement of a building in Old Rajendra Nagar area of Delhi. Three children died due to sudden flooding in it on Saturday evening. Since then, there has been an uproar over this incident. Delhi Police has arrested seven people in this case.
