Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Yash Dayal has a serious sexual harassment charge on the cricket world and social media. In the complaint lodged on her behalf, the victim has said that she does not hate anyone, but is only demanding justice.

He shared his objection and said-

“I am not only asking for justice. Please listen to my voice. When the system stands with the truth, the girl who remains silent also gets strength.”

The victim has expressed confidence in the police and said that she hopes that the investigation will be fair and they will get justice.

What is the matter?

The victim has alleged that Yash Dayal harassed her physical abuse and emotional harassment. The incident occurred when there were personal and reliable relations between the two.

The complaint also states that when the victim wanted to talk about this subject, she was threatened and pressured to remain silent.

Police is investigating

After the complaint is registered, the police have registered an FIR and started investigation. In the initial inquiry, some evidence has been collected and notices are also likely to be sent to Yash Dayal.

According to police officials,

“The matter is sensitive. We are conducting fair and transparent investigations based on facts.”

No official response from RCB and BCCI so far

No official statement on the matter has been revealed by the RCB Team Management and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). However, in such cases necessary action can be taken under BCCI’s Anti-Harassment Policy.

Appeal to society and players

The victim also said in her statement that –

“I have become necessary to fight for truth and self-esteem. It is not only for me, but for all girls who remain silent.”

He appealed to the people for sensitivity and support, saying that the matter should not be given the form of political or social media trial without investigation.
