Ranchi. The reason behind the train accident that happened in Jharkhand on Tuesday morning is the negligence of the railway staff. Information about this negligence has already come to light. According to the railway, the Howrah-Mumbai Mail was moving at a high speed. At the place named Badabambu in Chakradharpur where 18 coaches of the train derailed, wagons of a goods train had already derailed there. The goods train was standing and the Howrah-Mumbai Mail collided with it at a speed of about 120 kilometers per hour. In this accident, 2 passengers lost their lives and 30 passengers were injured. The 2 passengers who died were in the toilet. This accident happened at around 3.39 in the morning.

According to the railway, a goods train had derailed on the down line and due to that the up line was blocked. Howrah-Mumbai Mail was coming on the same up line. Now the question is that when the goods train had derailed and due to that the up line was also blocked, then why did the railway staff not inform the driver and guard of Howrah-Mumbai Mail about this? Also, the big question is that at the place where the accident happened in Badabambu, did the previous station master not know about it? This will be revealed in the railway investigation, but due to this negligence, 2 people lost their lives and more than two dozen passengers were injured.
