Jaipur. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that by giving employment to the youth, realizing their dreams, the double engine is the top priority of the government. We are committed to complete all the recruitments in a fair and transparently appointed time. He said that the state government has organized 5 employment fairs in a short tenure of a year and a half and has given appointments to more than 67 thousand posts so far. In future, such fairs will be organized every three months and the gift of appointment will be given to the youth.
Sharma was presiding over the review meeting held on Friday regarding the status of the recruitment pending and under the procedure at the Chief Minister’s residence. He said that recruitment is under process in more than 1 lakh 88 thousand posts in various departments. He directed the officials to provide additional resources and personnel to provide additional resources and personnel to be provided as soon as possible to release recruitment advertisements, conduct examinations, declare results and check all the processes at a seamless pace.
Recruitment process on about 9 thousand 800 posts pending in court progressed
Sharma said that the state government has carried forward the recruitment process for about 9 thousand 800 posts pending in the court for a long time. He instructed the officials that other recruitment cases pending in the court should also be duly tested and disposed of, so that the wait for the employment of the youth of the state can be eliminated as soon as possible.
Recruitment keeping in mind the need for the upcoming years
The Chief Minister said that human resources have an important role in realizing the resolution of developed Rajasthan. To meet the requirement of human resources, it is necessary that all the departments should conduct the recruitment keeping in mind the need of the coming years and the posts being vacant in the future. He instructed all departments to work on mission mode to complete these recruitments in a timely and transparent manner.
Recruitment examinations should be conducted in timely manner
The Chief Minister said that in a healthy democracy it is necessary that the public’s trust in their public representatives should be strong. We are committed to fulfill all the announcements made in our resolution letter. He said that all departments should recruit vacant posts with mutual coordination. Sharma said that due to the conduct of different recruitment examinations in different departments for the same posts, additional time, resources and labor takes place. In view of this, uniformity should be brought in the rules to apply equal eligibility for equal posts.
Sharma also directed to create posts in newly formed districts and recruit soon. He instructed to convert unused college buildings into examination centers to overcome the problem of shortage of examination centers in big recruitment examinations.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, Additional Chief Secretary Water Resources Abhay Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Akhil Arora, Additional Chief Secretary Forest, Environment and Climate Change Aparna Arora, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister) Shikhar Aggarwal, Additional Chief Secretary Social Justice and Empowerment Kuldeep Ranka, Additional Chief Secretary Rural Development Shreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary Home Anand Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Secretary Public Works Department Praveen Gupta, Public Works, Public Works Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary (Chief Minister) Alok Gupta and Principal Secretary of various departments, Government Secretary, RPSC and RSSB officials were present.
