A noteworthy incident was also witnessed on the foundation day of Bharatiya Janata Party. All the leaders, ministers, MPs, MLAs, office bearers and workers were wearing saffron caps, on the other hand Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Civil Aviation and Rajya Sabha MP Hardeep Singh Puri was seen wearing green turban. He was the only person in the program who was not wearing a saffron cap.
