After the formation of Yogi government again in Uttar Pradesh, the bulldozer has started once again. Action on illegal construction is going on in almost every district of the state. The latest case is of Hazratganj in Lucknow, where the LDA has taken action on the illegal apartment of a BSP leader and has run a bulldozer on the apartment. At the same time, the builder has claimed that no notice was given to him and the matter is sub-judice in the court.
Actually, there is a building of Yazdan Builders in Hazratganj, whose value is said to be 50 crores. LDA claims that this building is illegally built. Early this morning, the administration got a bulldozer run on this building. The administration said that even after giving several notices, there was no response from the builders and this construction is completely illegal, so it is being demolished. At the same time, the advocate of Yazdan Builders has said that the administration has not given any kind of notice regarding illegal construction.
Let us tell you that Yazdan Builders is a company of BSP leader Fahad Yazdan, who belongs to Bijnor district. The building on which the LDA has taken action was built by Faheem Yazdan, brother of Fahad Yazdan. BSP leader Fahad Yazdan has also contested the assembly elections on a BSP ticket and is currently in the BSP.
On the LDA proceedings, Yazdan Builders’ advocate while talking to news channel ABP News said, “The matter is sub judice in the court and till last night we had not received any notice. Till now we have not received any notice. These (administration) people came at night and they told people that you vacate the rooms, we have to demolish the building. We went to the court in the morning itself and the court said that when the matter is like this and it is pending, then we will hear immediately and the matter has been put up for hearing today.
Let us inform that the bulldozer action of the Yogi government has become famous all over the country and many other states are also adopting it. This also became a big issue during the election. During that time, Yogi Adityanath had said that the bulldozer is calm now and after the formation of the government, the bulldozer will start again.
