Due to heavy rains and bad weather for the past several days, landslides are happening at many places, many tourists are stranded.
It has been raining heavily in Himachal Pradesh for the past several years. Due to which many incidents of landslides have been reported in different areas of the state. For the past days, many dangerous scenes of landslides are coming in front of everyone. Another such dangerous scene has come in front of the people. Seeing this, people’s breath stopped. Due to the landslide, the entire mountain had come down on a national highway in Himachal, due to which people were running here and there to save their lives. In the accident of this landslide in Sirmaur of Himachal Pradesh, an entire mountain had fallen into the gorge along with a part of the National Highway. Due to which the vehicles were blocked on the road. People were seen running from here to there to save their lives. Highway number 707 was completely blocked due to the incident. Many people are still stranded due to heavy rains and landslides in many areas of Himachal. According to the Disaster Management Authority of Himachal, more than 200 people are still stranded here and there.

Apart from this incident of landslide, a parking shed had also collapsed due to heavy rains in Mandi district. Due to which the vehicles parked in the parking lot were buried under it. Tourists are stranded at many places due to bad weather, the need to make arrangements for their evacuation has increased the concerns of the government. Helicopter facility is also being made to evacuate the tourists.
