RG Kar Rape Murder Case: Speaking the truth in the case of rape and murder of a trainee doctor in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College Hospital has proved costly for a Trinamool leader. He said that he will not defend his party in this case. Gangs are active in the medical college. After his statement, TMC has removed him from the post of party spokesperson.

In fact, Shantanu Sen, who was the spokesperson of TMC, said on Wednesday that he will not defend his party in this matter. The teaching work in this RG Kar College has become a waste. A gang is running this college. My daughter is also a victim because she did not join this gang.

Daughter is also a victim
Former Rajya Sabha MP Shantanu further said that if you do not oil this gang then you are targeted and if you oil them then you can do whatever you want. You do not need to take the name of any particular professor. In fact, if you are in their good books then you can even cheat in the exam. But, when you raise questions then you will be targeted and then it does not matter how good you are.

Talking about his daughter, Shantanu said that a day before Saraswati Puja, my daughter went to college for pre-puja celebrations. But, because my daughter was not a part of that gang, she was not allowed to join it. No one talks to her nor does anyone study with her.

Principal responsible
Sen also alleged that former principal Sandip Ghosh is solely responsible for lowering the standards of this college. However, he also said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has done a lot to improve the level of education in the state. But, for the last three years, the condition of RG Kar Medical College has become very bad due to the principal.

After his statement, TMC has removed Shantanu from the post of party spokesperson. TMC said that Shantanu is involved in anti-social activities in RG Kar Medical College Hospital. Shantanu was also seen protesting with children. Even before this, he has been criticizing his own government regarding the condition of hospitals and medical colleges in the state.
