Assembly elections are to be held in Bihar at the end of the year. Prior to the assembly elections, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s difficulties are not being named. After Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, an FIR has also been registered against the RJD leader in Delhi. Actually, Tejashwi Yadav made objectionable remarks against PM Modi on social media.
FIR lodged in Delhi
BJP leader KS Duggal lodged a complaint in Delhi regarding Tejashwi’s social media post. The BJP leader had alleged that the picture of PM Modi was tampered with on the instructions of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. The objectionable post was shared on the social media platform X. This has hurt people’s feelings.
Police is investigating
At present, the police is investigating the entire case. However, the complainant says that if the Delhi Police does not take any action in this matter, then he can also go to court.
FIR lodged in Maharashtra also
Please tell that an FIR has also been registered in Maharashtra regarding Tejashwi Yadav’s post. This complaint was filed by BJP MLA Milind Ramji Narote from Gadchiroli. A complaint has also been filed against Tejashwi Yadav in Uttar Pradesh in this case. Shahjahanpur police has registered a case on the complaint of BJP district president Shilpi Gupta. Shilpi Gupta claimed that Tejashwi’s remarks have spread “deep anger” among people across the country and increased social tension.
What did Tejashwi Yadav say on FIR
On registering the FIR, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said who is afraid of the FIR? Speaking the word ‘jumla’ has also become a crime. They are afraid of the truth. We are not afraid of any FIR and tell the truth.
AAP targeted BJP
The Aam Aadmi Party has targeted the BJP for registering an FIR against Tejashwi Yadav in Delhi. AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said that what is happening if it is not dictatorial. In Delhi, doctors and councilors do not have a complaint of attack and assault, while in other states, cases are registered against Tejashwi Yadav.
