After talks with Ukraine remain inconclusive, Russia is probably preparing to launch a major attack on Kyiv. A huge convoy of Russian army is moving towards the Ukrainian capital Kyiv.
American company Maxar Technology has revealed this through satellite images. This convoy is said to be 64 kilometers long. Kyiv has already thwarted several Russian attacks. In view of this, it seems that Russia has now made decisive preparations for its occupation. This convoy is going towards North Kyiv.
The Russian army convoy is left near Antonov Airport and a few kilometers from the capital Kyiv. It is moving continuously, so it is expected to reach Kyiv soon. Some military vehicles carry soldiers and some have arms and ammunition. Satellite images showed several houses and buildings burning to the north and northwest of Ivankiv. This convoy is passing through the roads of these areas.
The convoy includes army trucks, armored vehicles, tanks and soldiers. A day earlier, the Russian army also asked civilians to leave Kyiv. The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for six days. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia has fired 56 rockets and 113 cruise missiles into Ukraine, Reuters reported. The time has come to consider a no-fly zone for Russian missiles, planes and helicopters.
On Monday, direct talks between Russia and Ukraine were also held for the first time, but they were inconclusive. While Russia is adamant on laying down arms to Ukraine, Ukraine is on the withdrawal of Russian troops. Russia’s President Putin’s directive to keep its nuclear forces ready has also raised concerns.
