How to make Sabudana Khichdi Recipe:
step 1- For Khichdi, you need to take 1 cup of thick Sabudana, this makes the Khichdi more tasty. Now wash the Sabudana with water like you wash rice. Rub it lightly with your hand so that the white layer deposited on the Sabudana reduces a little. Sabudana has to be washed 2-3 times.
Step 2- Now add about 1/4 cup water to the sabudana and soak it for 3-4 hours. Add only that much water to the sabudana that it can absorb. That is, the water should be 1 finger more than the sabudana. In between, turn the sabudana 1-2 times with a spoon so that all the sabudana gets soaked properly.
Step 3- Take a pan or wok, add 1 teaspoon of ghee in it and lightly fry some peanuts. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee in the wok and when it gets hot, add cumin seeds. Now add 2 green chillies and 1 chopped potato in it.
Step 4- You can add tomatoes to the khichdi as per your choice. If you want to add, add 1 tomato when the potatoes melt a little. When everything is cooked, add sago and mix it.
Step 5- Sabudana Khichdi is ready. If you are not adding chopped coriander and tomatoes on it, then squeeze a little lemon on it. This way, Sabudana Khichdi will be very grainy and tasty. Serve by adding peanuts on top.
