There has been a stir in political circles after the news of Bagidaura MLA Jaikrishna Patel was caught by ACB taking a bribe of Rs 20 lakh. Former Deputy Chief Minister and Congress leader Sachin Pilot has reacted to the issue.
Sachin Pilot said that there is a need to bring clean politics in politics. When such incidents come to light, the question arises naturally in the minds of people, what is happening. He further said that the involvement of the MLA is the subject of investigation and if the allegations in the investigation are proved correct then it will be very unfortunate for the state.
Reacting to MLA Rajkumar Rot’s statement, Pilot said that he has received some information on the subject and is under investigation. He reiterated that there should not be such incidents in the state and it damages the democratic system.
ACB has arrested Bagidaura MLA Jaikrishna Patel red -handed taking bribe and is currently in custody of ACB. A detailed investigation into the matter is going on.
