Sachin Waje said that I have also given the name of Jayant Patil in this letter. He said that he is also ready to undergo narco test. Sachin Waje’s name came up in 2021 when a bomb was found in a car outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s house Antilia. Investigation revealed that Sachin Waje had parked the car with the bomb outside Antilia to scare Mukesh Ambani for illegal recovery. Apart from this, investigation also revealed that Sachin Waje also got Mansukh Hiren killed. The CBI started the investigation of the Antilia bomb case and then arrested Sachin Waje.
Apart from the arrest of Sachin Waje, Anil Deshmukh was also arrested. Anil Deshmukh, however, claimed that he had nothing to do with illegal extortion. It also came to light that Sachin Waje was reinstated in the police service during the Maha Vikas Aghadi government. Earlier, Sachin Waje had left the police service. Now Sachin Waje has claimed that the CBI has all the evidence related to illegal extortion. This can heat up politics in Maharashtra. There are assembly elections in Maharashtra this year. In such a situation, the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance can make it an issue in the elections by accusing the Maha Vikas Aghadi of corruption.
