Dholpur The district level public hearing was organized at the Atal Seva Kendra under the chairmanship of District Collector Srinidhi BT. He said that during public hearing, the pending cases should be expedited on priority so that the problem of the complainants can be resolved. He said that complaint solution should be the first priority in every state office. All officers should follow up the pending complaints at the contact portal 2.0 daily. The disposal of the complaints as much as possible with priority should be ensured.
The District Collector informed that during public hearing, other cases including removal of encroachment, power connections, revenue, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana were received, which were resolved and instructed the officers.
In Jansunwai, the complainant Rajkumar presented a complaint to the residential plot of Rajkheda ward number 11 to convert the land from the municipal Rajkheda and get the lease. On which the District Collector directed the Executive Officer Rajkheda to take quick action. The complainant Ramabai village Nagaladani presented a complaint in his field for not harvesting by the dumbs and action against the threats. On which he instructed the subdivision officer Bari to take prompt action. The complainant Ramamurthy and others presented a complaint for compensation of the land acquired for National Highway No. 3. On which the District Collector directed the Land Acquisition Officer Additional District Collector for proper action.
Development Officer Panchayat Samiti Dholpur was provided instructions to get the Aadhaar card updated soon after Laxminarayan Gram Pura Pura Pura was presented a complaint to repair the name in the Aadhaar card. More than 80 complaints were received during public hearing. Additional District Collector Hariram Meena, Deputy Director Women and Child Development Department Dhirendra Singh, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Dharm Singh Meena and other officials were present in Jansunwai.
