Actually, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is bringing 3 new housing schemes for low income, middle income and high income group people. 40,000 flats will be sold in this. According to DDA officials, this scheme is likely to be launched by the end of this month.
The starting price of the flat will be Rs 11.5 lakh
According to the information received from DDA, the starting price of flats in three new housing schemes will be Rs 11.5 lakh. These flats are in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela in Delhi. DDA will sell them on first come first serve (FCFS) basis. MIG, HIG and high category flats located in Sector 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka will be made available through e-auction process.
You will still be able to buy a house in advance
DDA has also made many changes in the new housing scheme. Under this, even if you already have a house in Delhi, you will be able to buy a flat. DDA’s Housing Scheme 2024 will include 5,400 HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats in various areas like Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. DDA has not increased the price of these flats and they will be available at the rate of 2023.
