New helpline issued for servicing customers in the time of corona epidemic
Chennai, April 19 (IANS)| Non-life insurer SBI General Insurance Company Limited said it has launched a twenty-four into seven helpline service ‘Healthline’ for its health insurance customers. In addition to healthline service, a toll free number and mobile number will be used to attend the customers round the clock and their problems will be resolved.
According to Managing Director and CEO PC Kandpal, considering the situation with regard to the pandemic, customers will need servicing and support for their health insurance.
