Hanumangarh. Hanumangarh district administration has taken a big decision due to security reasons due to Indo-Pak tension. District Collector and Civil Protection Controller Mr. Kana Ram, using the powers provided under Section 30 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, has declared a holiday till further orders from 11 May 2025 in all educational institutions of the district. It has been clarified in the order that this holiday will be applicable to state and non-state schools, training institutions, Anganwadis, madrasas and coaching institutes. This decision has been taken with a view to the safety of school children and maintaining peace in the district.
Although teaching activities will be postponed, all officers and employees will be present in the institute at their scheduled time. In any emergency, they have to work according to the instructions of the administration. Collector Shri Kana Ram has clarified that if this order is disregarded by an institution head, legal action will be taken under the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
