Market Regulator SEBI on Monday introduced the new version 2.0 of SCORES (SCORES 2.0) to strengthen the grievance redressal system of investors. This will help the designated bodies to monitor complaints better. SEBI Grievance Redressal System (SCORES) is an online system where investors in the securities market can lodge their complaints with the help of a web URL and an app. It was started in June, 2011.
Complain on Scores 2.0 from April 1
“The new version of SCORE strengthens the investor grievance redressal mechanism in the securities market. This will be done through auto-routing, auto-escalation, monitoring by designated bodies and reduction in timelines,” SEBI said in a statement. That investors can lodge complaints through the new version of SCORES from April 1, 2024. Investors will not be able to lodge any new complaints in the old SCORES. However, the status of complaints already lodged can be checked.

Resolved complaints registered in old SCORES can be viewed on SCORES 2.0. The regulator said that the old app has been discontinued and a new app will be launched soon in its place. Additionally, SCORES integrates with the KYC registration agency database, simplifying investor registration processes on the platform.
