Dholpur The guidelines issued by National Legal Services Authority New Delhi, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Jaipur and Chairman District Legal Services Authority District and Sessions Judge Arun Kumar Aggarwal were inspected by Secretary District Legal Services Authority Additional District and Sessions Judge Rekha Yadav.
During the inspection, he reviewed the basic facilities provided to the prisoners like food, housing, breakfast, clean drinking water, medical facilities and kitchens, barracks etc. He spoke to the detained prisoners in the jail in the prison and after taking information about the advocate for lobbying in their cases, 1 prisoner said that he was not a advocate on his behalf, on which the LADC advocate and jail superintendent present were prepared by the prisoner and directed the authority to send this authority. He discussed in detail about problems with the prisoners.
He requested the prisoners to conduct talks with the advocate for his advocate regarding the talks with his advocates and family members regarding the matter, in relation to which the jail superintendent was instructed to hold talks with his advocate of the prisoner. He reached the kitchen located in the jail and observed the quality of the food as well as got information about the new food making machines and gave necessary instructions. Instructions were given to ensure the compliance of direction directions described in the SOP issued by Nalsa in relation to the Prizine Legal Aid Clinic. On this occasion, Chief Legal Aid Defense Council Amit Kamthan, Deputy Chief LADC Pappu Singh Gurjar, Assistant LADC Mita Aggarwal, Aradhana Sharma, PLV Indresh Sharma, working at jail clinics, Junior Assistant Surendra Singh of the Authority, Surendra Singh, Jail Superintendent Suman Meena, Shailendra Faujdar were present.
