Semolina Dahi Cheela Recipe

Semolina, Dahi Cheela Recipe:
First 1- Take 1 cup semolina in a bowl. Now add about half a cup of curd and half a cup of water and whisk it. Mix this curd mixture in the semolina and leave it to swell. You have to soak it for about 20 minutes.
First 2- Now you can chop any vegetable of your choice to put in the chilla. Chop the vegetables finely. We are adding only onion and tomato here. Either chop both the things finely or grate them.
First 3- Now finely chop green coriander and green chillies. Add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste to the chilla. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric, a little crushed red chilli and half a teaspoon of garam masala.
First 4- Mix all the ingredients in the curd and semolina batter and if the batter is a little thick then dilute it by adding water. Add salt as per your taste.
First 5- Take a dosa pan or tawa and apply ghee on it when it is hot. Now spread this batter like a chilla and let it cook. When the chilla is cooked from one side, flip it and then cook it from the other side as well.
First 6- When the chilla is cooked well from both sides, take it out in a plate and then serve it with green chutney or sauce. Children will also like the taste of this chilla very much. You must try this recipe once.
