This shocking incident is associated with a 30 -year -old woman Nikhat from Tilak Nagar, a graphic designer. Nikhat had a love affair with a young man named Omkar for three years. Both used to talk about marrying each other, but suddenly Omkar ended the relationship and did not stop here. After some time, Nikhat came to know that Omkar was engaged to another girl.
This news broke Nikhat. He tried to re -connect the relationship by contacting Omkar, but Omkar upside down threatened him that if he tried to contact again, he would make his personal pictures and videos viral on social media.
Lover attacked by giving betel nut
Angry with this attitude of Omkar, Nikhat took a dreadful decision. He gave betel nut to some hire miscreants for Rs 30,000 and handed him a bottle of acid and weapons himself. As soon as Omkar came out of his house at around 6 pm on 19 June, the miscreants riding on the bike threw acid on him and then attacked him with a knife and seriously injured him.
Omkar himself gave information to the police in an injured state
After the attack, Balluhan Omkar somehow called the police. Police reached the spot and admitted him to the hospital. After treatment, Omkar lodged a complaint about the attack. Police searched CCTV footage of the scene of the incident and traced the bike number, after which the attackers were arrested.
Nikhat confessed crime during interrogation
The arrested accused said that he was assigned this work by Nikhat. Initially, Nikhat rejected everything in front of the police, but after severe interrogation she broke down and spewed the truth of the whole matter. He told that after a breakup and threats from Omkar, he decided to take revenge and hatched this conspiracy.
Police investigation continues to reveal
At present, the police have arrested Nikhat and an attacker. The search for other accused is on. At the same time, the police is also interrogating Omkar about the threats and personal photographs given by Omkar.
