Share Market: On the first day of the week, i.e. Monday, the Indian stock market opened in the green. Sensex opened with a gain of 243.41 points at 80,680.25 points, while on the other hand, Nifty also opened with a gain of 95.20 points at 24,636.35 points. At the time of writing the news, the shares of 20 out of 30 companies of Sensex opened in the green mark, while the stocks of the remaining 10 companies opened in the red mark. Today, NTPC shares were trading with a maximum gain of 1.68 percent, Titan 1.39 percent, Tata Steel 1.20 percent, ITC 1.10 percent, SBI 0.76 percent. On the other hand, Mahindra & Mahindra was trading with a maximum loss of 1.19 percent and Nestle India was trading with a loss of 0.84 percent.
Indian markets closed with great gains on Friday
Let us tell you that last week on Friday, the Indian stock market closed with a great gain. On Friday, the BSE Sensex closed at 80,436.84 points with a gain of 1,330.96 points (1.68 percent). Apart from this, Nifty 50 also closed at 24,541.15 points with a gain of 397.40 points (1.65 percent). According to stock market data, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were buyers in the capital market on Friday and bought shares worth a net Rs 766.52 crore.
There was a stormy rise in the shares of Tech Mahindra
On Friday, the shares of all 30 Sensex companies closed in the green. Tech Mahindra’s shares closed with the highest gain of 3.93 percent. Mahindra & Mahindra’s shares closed with a gain of 3.45 percent, Tata Motors 3.35 percent, UltraTech Cement 2.89 percent, TCS 2.80 percent, HCL Tech 2.68 percent and ITC’s shares closed with a gain of 2.46 percent.
How is the global market?
In Asian markets, China’s Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong’s Hangseng remained in the green, while South Korea’s Kospi and Japan’s Nikkei-225 remained in the red. The US market closed in the green on Friday.
