Both of them got married on 24 May 1995.
Anjali Tendulkar had told in an interview that it was already destiny for her and Sachin Tendulkar to meet. She told that she could have met Sachin Tendulkar on two occasions even before the airport, but she had no interest in cricket. She told that Sachin was with Star Cricket Club and I was also there in England. My father said that the Indian team is playing. He wants to introduce me to a boy who has scored a century. But I refused because I had no interest in cricket.
