Sambhal. SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke seems to be increasing in the case of violence during the survey of Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid. The SIT will interrogate the SP MP on Tuesday in the case of Sambhal violence. In fact, SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke has been accused in the case of violence in Sambhal on November 24 last year. He is accused of provoking people. In this connection, recently the SIT had sent a notice to Ziaurrahman Burke, in which he will be questioned.
Earlier, Samajwadi Party MP Ziaurrahman Burke had said on the notice issued against him on March 26 that his name in the case was wrongly dragged.
Burke had said, “When the case was filed and my name was incorrectly included in it, I had met the speaker under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav. I had expressed concern about the injustice done to me, because I have the right to security. That is why we tried to ensure that we would get justice.”
The MP also clarified during his response in the case that his name was unnecessarily dragged into controversies and the matter should be completely impartially resolved. Burke said that his legal battle would continue till he gets justice on this issue.
It is noteworthy that in the case of violence on November 24 in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, a team of Sambhal police had come to give notice at the residence of Samajwadi Party MP Ziaurrahman Burke in Deepa Sarai with a heavy police force, but the SP MP was in Delhi.
Please tell that Sadar, Zafar Ali of Sambhal’s royal Jama Masjid was arrested after questioning in the case of stone pelting and firing at the disputed site.
In this case, SP Krishna Kumar Vishnoi informed that Zafar Ali’s arrest is related to the incident on 24 November 2024. Zafar Ali has been arrested in various sections, including Criminal Conspiracy (Criminal conspiracy). All legal action has been ensured after the arrest and Zafar Ali has been produced in court. After this, the court orders will now be followed.
