Citing the statement of the High Court, the Union Minister said that the court has accepted and said that Manish Sisodia has committed a scam of about Rs 100 crore by misusing the government machinery. Smriti said that three comments of the court in the context of the bail application prove and reflect the corruption of Manish Sisodia and the Aam Aadmi Party. The court not only accepted but also mentioned in its address that Manish Sisodia misused the government machinery to commit corruption of Rs 100 crore. Sisodia worked to destroy the evidence related to the case. The court also said that Manish Sisodia can also harass the witnesses, so he cannot be granted bail.
Smriti said that this order of the High Court in the context of Manish Sisodia, who played a major role in this scam along with Arvind Kejriwal, itself testifies that the beneficiaries of the Rs 100 received by Manish Sisodia are also other leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party. Irani said that I appeal to the people of Delhi that this order is publicly available. This decision shows that the Aam Aadmi Party, which captured power in the name of service, has looted the treasury of the common people while leaving the people in struggle.
