But she has not compromised anywhere with her healthy lifestyle. Sonam Kapoor has followed her healthy diet even in London to keep her metabolism healthy and stay fit. The actress has now shared this diet with her fans on social media. Sonam has told in the latest video how she starts her day and what healthy things she eats throughout the day. Let us tell you about the diet of the actress.

What does Sonam Kapoor eat throughout the day?

Sonam Kapoor has revealed in her video what she eats and drinks throughout the day. Sonam’s day starts at 6 in the morning. Sonam’s day begins with lemon water. This lemon water keeps her digestive system healthy and hydrated and also gives her a dose of Vitamin C. After this, she also takes collagen coffee. To make this coffee tasty, she also adds a spoon of chocolate. Sonam loves her coffee very much. After that, at 6.45 in the morning, the actress takes soaked nuts, which increases protein and dietary fiber in her body. Sonam eats some almonds and hazelnuts.

For breakfast, the actress eats eggs and toast. She has breakfast at around 9.45. At lunch at 1.45 pm, she has Arabiata pasta with roasted chicken. After this, she takes a coffee break at around 4 pm and eats snacks with her husband Anand Ahuja at around 5.15 pm. In the video, it can be seen that in the evening Sonam is enjoying her chicken toast. The actress ends her day with soup at 7 pm. That is, Sonam does not eat anything after 7 pm. Along with this diet, the actress also told that in the meantime she also drinks at least 4 liters of water throughout the day so that her body always remains hydrated, healthy and glowing.
