New Delhi. On one hand, Rahul Gandhi has claimed that the opposition is going to get 295 seats in the Lok Sabha by citing the song of late singer Sidhu Moosewala. Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge and many other party leaders have also made the same claim, but now former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi has given her opinion on the exit poll for the first time. Sonia Gandhi has said that it is expected that the results of the Lok Sabha elections will be exactly opposite to the exit polls. However, Sonia Gandhi has also said that we will have to wait for now. Sonia Gandhi did not say anything more than this.
VIDEO | “We have to wait. Just wait and see. We are very hopeful that our results are completely the opposite to what the exit polls are showing,” says Congress leader Sonia Gandhi.

This is the first time when the most senior leader of Congress has expressed her opinion on the results of the Lok Sabha elections and expressed hope for a result contrary to the exit polls, but at the same time has also asked to wait. In fact, all the exit polls have claimed that the Modi government is going to be formed at the center for the third time in a row. In three exit polls, it has also been claimed that the NDA is going to achieve PM Narendra Modi’s slogan of crossing 400. When Rahul Gandhi was asked about this on Sunday, he said that the exit polls were in favor of the Modi government and claimed that the NDA would get 295 seats.
This time, BJP on one side and all the major opposition parties on the other have unitedly fought the Lok Sabha elections. The opposition parties have made many promises. These include giving Rs 1 lakh to every youth during one year internship, giving Rs 1 lakh to women every year, 10 kg free ration, ending the Agniveer scheme. At the same time, BJP has participated in the election battle by accusing Congress of doing Muslim vote bank politics, not attending the Ram Mandir Praan Pratishtha, imposing inheritance tax and preparing to redistribute property. Now tomorrow i.e. on June 4, it will be known whether the people of the country hand over the power of the country to PM Modi for the third time, or this time the opposition gets a chance to form the government.
