South Africa’s women’s team will tour India in the month of June in which it has to play series in all three formats. While the Indian team has already been announced for this series, Cricket South Africa has also announced its team for the ODI and Test series. The Women’s T20 World Cup is also to be played at the end of this year, so all eyes will be on the three-match T20 series between the two teams, which is considered very important from the point of view of preparations for the mega event. Experienced player Laura Wolvaardt will take over the captaincy for the South Africa Women’s team in the ODI and Test series, while some important players have also returned to the team.
