Gopalganj SP in action after the voting of Lok Sabha elections ended. SP put a ban on the salaries of all police station incharges and additional police station incharges. Gopalganj. After the completion of the Lok Sabha election voting, the police captain of Gopalganj has come into action mode. On Thursday, the police captain Swarn Prabhat reviewed the pending cases of the police stations across the district. During the review, the salaries of all the station heads and additional station heads were stopped due to negligence in work and non-compliance of instructions.
The police captain said that all the police stations were instructed to match the list of pending cases in the district with the e-court, but the list of pending cases was not made available within the time limit. In such a situation, negligence was shown in the work and the instructions were also not followed. He said that until the list of pending cases is not made available by matching with the e-court, everyone’s salary will be stopped.
Additional SHO was appointed to expedite the execution of pending files
To expedite the disposal of pending files in police stations, an additional station incharge was appointed by the police headquarters. The additional station incharge has been given the responsibility of disposal of pending cases in police stations, timely submission of chargesheets in court, verification of passport, PCC and character certificate etc. Despite this, sluggishness and negligence was observed in the work, for which action has been initiated by the police captain.
