The BCCI has established excellence centers at various places in the country under the National Cricket Academy with a view to further enhancing the talent of players of different age groups who excelled in the national competitions of the domestic cricket session. At these centers, selected players are given high level training under the supervision of experienced coaches. This time Jaipur has been selected as the host city to host the Under-16 NCA Center of Excellence.
Jaideep Bihani, convenor and MLA of Ed Hawk Committee of Rajasthan Cricket Association, said that this time also the BCCI has chosen Jaipur as the host city for organizing the under-16 NCA Special Training Camp (Center of Excellence). The camp will be held from 18 April to 14 May 2025 at the RCA Academy of Sawai Mansingh Stadium. In this camp, talented young players who performed brilliantly in the National Under-16 cricket competition will be given special training under the supervision of experienced instructors appointed by BCCI.
According to Jaydeep Bihani, convenor of the ad hoc committee, for the successful organization of this camp, the RCA has written a letter to the Rajasthan State Sports Council as before that the RCA Academy located at Sawai Mansingh Stadium should be made available to the Rajasthan Cricket Association so that the camp can be successfully organized in Jaipur.
