A unique case related to SpiceJet airline flight has come to light. Many passengers of the airline faced inconvenience at Bagdogra airport in West Bengal on Wednesday when they came to know that their luggage was left behind in Delhi. Expressing regret for the inconvenience, SpiceJet said that the luggage of passengers left behind in Delhi will be brought to Bagdogra on the next flights. This matter came to light when a passenger resident of Noida informed about it on social media.

According to the report of news agency PTI, Rajesh Kumar wrote on ‘X’ that + today our luggage was lost and kept in the wrong place in flight SG8841 from Delhi to Bagdogra. The employees have no answer to this.
The airline gave this answer
This flight left for Bagdogra at 12.30 pm from Terminal-3 of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. SpiceJet spokesperson said on this issue that SpiceJet flight SG 8841 faced load-carrying restrictions due to operational reasons, due to which some luggage was offloaded from the aircraft. But this luggage will be added through subsequent flights. The spokesperson said that to ensure safe flight operations, some items are removed from aircraft when they encounter load-carrying restrictions. Along with this, the airline said that it is ‘deeply sorry’ for the inconvenience caused to the affected passengers.
