Bhilwara. State Information Commissioner of Rajasthan State Information Commission Mahendra Kumar Parikh has given instructions to provide incomplete information to the applicant in his decision given last day. According to the information, Prakash Jain, a resident of Bhilwara, had sought separate information from Kalias Village Development Officer of Aasind Panchayat Samiti Kshetra in the district on 04 December 2024 under Right to Information, separate information related to four points related to Gram Panchayat. On not getting information, the first appeal was made on 16 January 2025 as per rules. Despite this, on not getting the information, on 20 March 2025, he made a second appeal in the Rajasthan State Information Commission. On which the State Information Commissioner Mahendra Kumar Parikh in his judgment in his judgment, the entire information sought by the applicant which was about one thousand pages. Instructions have been given to provide only 25 pages of information free. The applicant has sent a copy of the decision of the State Information Commissioner to the Governor, Central Public Information Commissioner, Prime Minister, Chief Justice as well as Chief Justice as well as the President along with the Chief Justice of the State Information Commissioner against this disputed decision.
