Share Market News : The Indian stock market closed flat today on Wednesday. The Bombay Stock Exchange index Sensex closed at 73,876, down 0.04 per cent or 27.09 points. At the time of market closing, out of 30 shares of the Sensex pack, 14 shares were on the green mark and 16 shares were on the red mark. At the same time, the National Stock Exchange index Nifty closed at 22,434 with a decline of 0.08 percent or 18.65 points. At the time of market closing, out of 50 shares of Nifty, 20 shares were on the green mark and 30 shares were on the red mark.
There was a rise in these shares
Among the Nifty pack shares, the biggest rise on Wednesday was in Shriram Finance shares by 3.65 per cent, NTPC shares by 2.28 per cent, Divis Lab shares by 1.74 per cent, TCS shares by 1.71 per cent and Tech Mahindra shares by 1.59 per cent. At the same time, the biggest decline was recorded in the shares of Nestle India by 2.60 percent, in the shares of Bajaj Auto by 2.01 percent, in the shares of Dr. Reddy’s by 1.71 percent, in the shares of Kotak Bank by 1.39 percent and in the shares of Britannia by 1.31 percent.
Highest rise in shares of PSU banks
Talking about sectoral indices, the biggest rise was seen in the shares of public sector banks on Wednesday. Nifty PSU Bank index was seen trading with a gain of 2.04 percent. Apart from this, Nifty Bank saw a rise of 0.22 per cent, Nifty Financial Services 0.25 per cent, Nifty IT 0.75 per cent, Nifty Media 0.82 per cent, Nifty Oil & Gas 0.04 per cent and Nifty Consumer Durables 0.09 per cent. Apart from this, a decline of 0.32 percent was seen in Nifty Healthcare index, 2.74 percent in Nifty Realty, 0.11 percent in Nifty Private Bank, 0.22 percent in Nifty Pharma, 0.07 percent in Nifty Metal, 0.37 percent in Nifty FMCG and 0.22 percent in Nifty Auto. .
