The hijab controversy that arose in Karnataka is still not taking its name to stop. The big decision of the court has come to the fore in this dispute that has reached the court. The Karnataka High Court on Thursday asked students not to insist on wearing religious clothes in schools and colleges until the matter is heard and the matter is fully resolved.
While fixing the matter for hearing on February 14 by the court, a three-member bench of Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, Justice JM Kazi and Justice Krishna S Dixit also directed everyone to maintain peace. As per the order of the Chief Justice, no student or student shall insist on wearing religious dress till the disposal of the case.
Please tell that due to the Hijab controversy, many schools and colleges have been closed for three days. The court had also ordered to open all these schools and colleges. At the same time, Chief Minister Bommai will hold a meeting with the Ministers of Education and Home Department to discuss about the necessary decisions to bring under control the tense situation prevailing in the educational institutions and to maintain discipline. The Chief Minister has advised all the students to wait for the decision and ignore it if provoked by any outsider. So that unrest and anarchy can be prevented from spreading in the state.
