New Delhi. Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is lodged in Mandoli jail in Delhi on charges of fraud, remains in the news every day because of his letters. Now Sukesh Chandrashekhar has sent a legal notice to former Delhi Deputy CM and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia. Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s lawyer has sent this notice to Manish Sisodia. In his legal notice, Sukesh Chandrashekhar has demanded from Manish Sisodia that he should unconditionally withdraw the insulting allegations and comments and publicly apologize within 7 days.
In Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s legal notice, Manish Sisodia has been told that if he does not withdraw the allegations and apologize publicly, then legal action will be taken against him. In the notice sent by Sukesh’s lawyer to Manish Sisodia, it has been said that his client is an undertrial prisoner and is lodged in Mandoli jail in Delhi. Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s lawyer has told Manish Sisodia in the notice that during the press conference on August 13, 2024, you commented on my client.
In this notice sent to Manish Sisodia, citing the news published in the newspapers, it has been told that Manish Sisodia said that ‘When a fraud Sukesh writes a letter, the Tihar administration duly sends it to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. The Lieutenant Governor also takes immediate action on it, but when the CM of Delhi writes a letter, the Lieutenant Governor tells the officers of Tihar Jail that this letter should not be sent to him.’ This is the first time that Sukesh Chandrashekhar has sent a legal notice to someone, objecting to being called a fraud. Now everyone’s eyes are on what action Manish Sisodia takes on this. Sukesh Chandrashekhar has been in the news so far by writing several letters to actor Jacqueline Fernandez. Along with this, he also wrote a letter accusing Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal while in jail.
