Sunil Mittal was taking a package of Rs 15 crore for 3 consecutive years
Prior to this, Sunil Mittal had received an annual remuneration of Rs 15 crore for three consecutive years starting from FY21 as the company faced several challenges like industry changes, regulatory setbacks and the pandemic.

According to a filing with shareholders for Bharti Airtel’s annual general meeting, Mittal’s total remuneration comprises salary and benefits of Rs 21.57 crore, which is Rs 32.27 crore for FY24. Performance-linked incentives include Rs 7.5 crore and allowances Rs 3.19 crore.
