After this, the accused gradually took a huge amount of money from him, sometimes in the name of his mother’s illness and sometimes in the name of his younger brother. At the same time, when the victim put pressure on the accused to marry, she put a condition of conversion and eating beef.
A complaint was lodged with the police after knowing the truth
During this time, after the truth of the accused came to light, the victim applied to the SSP office and pleaded for action against the accused Shamshad Hussain and his brother, sister and mother. Told that till now she was considering the accused as a Hindu, but on talking about marriage, the accused told his real identity. According to the victim, her mother died in 2023. Meanwhile, he met the accused again in Muzaffarpur. Meanwhile, the accused took him to the hotel and raped her.

According to the victim, one day when she reached the house of the accused to ask for her money, her mother, brother and sister abused her.
