New Delhi. The troubles of BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga are seen increasing once again. In fact, the Mohali court has asked the cyber team of Punjab to arrest Tejinder Singh and appear before the court. Along with this, the Mohali court has also issued an arrest warrant for Bagga. People are also seeing this as revenge politics. But on the contrary, the Aam Aadmi Party is refusing to accept all these things.
This is a new warrant. This has been issued by Mohali Court on May 7 against Delhi BJP spokesperson Tejinder Singh Bagga. For this, the magistrate has issued a warrant of arrest and asked the Punjab Police Cyber Crime Branch to produce Bagga in the court. The first class court of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Criminal Court has issued the arrest warrant. A case was registered against Bagga under sections 153 A, 505, 505 (2) and 506 of the IPC of the Crime Branch. In fact, the court has asked for the arrest of Bagga in this case.
It is being told that the Punjab Police can leave from Punjab to Delhi at any time to arrest Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga. Let us tell you that just a day ago, Bagga was arrested by the Punjab Police. But the Haryana Police stopped the Punjab Police, which was taking Bagga into custody, in Kurukshetra itself. After which the matter remained entangled between Punjab Police, Delhi Police and Haryana Police. However, now what does this whole matter take in future. All eyes will be on this. But till now the political tussle regarding this whole issue has reached its peak. While on one hand BJP leaders are calling it the grandeur of the Arvind Kejriwal government, people associated with the Aam Aadmi Party say that the above action on Tejinder is mandatory. However, the way in which an arrest warrant has been issued against Tejinder, the market of discussions in the political corridors has been buzzing. Now in such a situation, what does this whole matter take in future. All eyes will be on this.
