Kannada (Naiduniya News). On Monday, a memorandum in the name of the Chief Minister was submitted to Tehsildar Nageshwarprasad Panika by the Kannad Development Block Unit of the State Teachers Association regarding his various demands. In the memorandum, a demand was made for the immediate redressal of the state level demands of the new regular teacher cadre and other staff cadre. Union Block President Arjun Singh Rathore said that the assistant teacher, teacher, headmaster, lecturer, serving in the same post for 30 to 38 years, Principal and Assistant Director, Deputy Director should be upgraded on the basis of merit and pay scale received and named higher post. Giving seniority from the date of appointment to the eligible Gurujis with the same pay scale, home, rent, allowance as at the center, the order of the stopped promotion in the education department of the new teacher cadre should be circulated soon. At the time of handing over the memorandum, Sangh’s District Deputy Secretary Ram Gopal Chawle, Satwas Tehsil President Gyanchandra Sharma, Secretary Omprakash Joshi, Kannaud Tehsil President Gulab Singh Decherwal, Secretary Govind Bohre, Treasurer Lakhanlal Jaiswal, Co-Secretary Rambux Ahirwar etc. were present. Teachers gave memorandum regarding demands
Hatpipalya. On Tuesday, a memorandum was submitted to the Tehsildar in the name of the Chief Minister regarding the immediate redressal of the state level demands of teacher cadre, new teacher cadre and other staff cadre by the teachers under the banner of MP Teachers Association. Union Block President Narendra Joshi said that the Assistant Teacher, Teacher, Headmaster, Lecturer, Principal and Assistant Director, Deputy Director, serving in the same post for about 38 years, should be updated on the basis of merit and pay scale received and named higher post. The National Pension Scheme started by the Government of India in the year 2005 was not mandatory for the state, yet the then state government started this pension scheme. This scheme is proving unsuccessful in providing social security to the employees. Radheshyam Solanki, Amolakchand Golechha, Vasudev Joshi, Madanlal Patidar, Shravan Kumar Joshi, Mufid Ahmed Mansoori, Rajesh Neharnia, Mangilal Patidar, Shailendra Singh Panwar, Kundan Sharma, Rajesh Malviya, Rajesh Joshi etc. were present in giving the memorandum. The memorandum was read out by the Block Secretary Vasudev Joshi.
