A war of words broke out in Telangana between the ruling party TRS and the opposition BJP on Tuesday. In fact, the budget session will start in Telangana from March 7. In which this time there will be no address of the Governor which will be held traditionally. Due to which the BJP attacked the ruling TRS.
Telangana BJP President and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar attacked Telangana CM K Chandrashekhar Rao over this. Referring to KCR’s remarks to make a new constitution for the country, he said that Rao is already doing what he wants in the new constitution. Sanjay Kumar said that there is no rule, no tradition to be followed, only fad. I strongly condemn his move.

Responding to the comments of BJP leaders, Telangana minister Vemula Prashant Reddy said that the Governor’s address is not being held because this budget session is a continuation of the previous session. He said last season was not over. He pointed out that the earlier session which ended on October 8, 2021, was not prorogued. Reddy said as per the rules of the legislature, the governor should address the first session of the new legislature and then the first annual meeting.
Reddy further said that it is wrong if the Governor is called to address a session which has not been prorogued. He also said that this is not the first time this has happened. This has happened before as well.
