Haridwar. A threatening letter in the name of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed has been received by the superintendent of Haridwar railway station. In this letter, many railway stations and Chardham have been threatened to blow up. The police have registered a case in this case under the stringent UAPA Act. The search is on for the sender of the letter. Even before this, letters threatening to blow up Haridwar and other railway stations have been received. It has been written in the latest threat that Jaish will now take revenge of the comrades who died in Jammu and Kashmir. It is written that on October 25, Haridwar, Kathgodam, Laksar, Dehradun, Kashipur, Roorkee stations will be blown up.
Apart from this, the letter has also threatened to blow up UP’s railway stations Moradabad, Bareilly, Najibabad and Shahganj. Apart from the temples of Chardham Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri in Uttarakhand, it has also been written in the letter to blow up the temples of Har Ki Paidi, Chandi Devi, Mansa Devi and Bharat Mata. Security has been tightened everywhere after receiving the threatening letter. Visitors to and from stations and religious places are being monitored and continuous checking is also being done.

Haridwar GRP SP Aruna Bharti told news agency ANI that search is on to trace the sender of the threatening letter. Police including security agencies are on alert. He told that the person who wrote the letter has described himself as the area commander of Jaish. Earlier, in the case of threatening letters, the police had also arrested many people. Now preparations are being made for strict action in the fresh letter case.
