New Delhi. In the case of the death of 3 students preparing for the civil services examination in a coaching center in Delhi, the Delhi High Court told the Delhi Police that ‘Thankfully you did not issue a challan to rainwater for entering the basement of the coaching center.’ The High Court criticized the police for arresting a man who drove a Thar SUV on a water-filled road. Thar driver Manuj Kathuria was granted bail. The High Court said that the accused was ‘implicated in the case in over-enthusiasm’. But there are many such cases in India in which even God has been given notice. Recently, Lord Shiva was called in a civil court in Chhattisgarh in a land dispute related to a temple.
Thus, a Bihar court ordered Lord Hanuman to appear in a case related to the proper management of a temple. But the biggest case has been the making of Lord Ram Lalla a party in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case in Ayodhya. The Ram Janmabhoomi dispute in Ayodhya involved deciding the ownership and rights over the disputed land where the Babri Masjid stood before it was demolished in 1992. Lord Ram Lalla Virajman was made a party to the case in the lawsuits filed by both Hindu and Muslim parties. In 2019, the Supreme Court delivered a historic verdict on the dispute, upholding the judicial personality of Lord Ram Lalla.
