A heartbreaking news has come from Phalodi in Rajasthan. Ramchandra (25), son of Gopiram Gorchian, a resident of Dharmada Tanka of Srikrishnagar, Srikrishnagar, 125 TA soldiers (constables) of the Indian Army, was martyred in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the information received, Ramchandra’s body will reach his ancestral village on Wednesday.
There was definitely sorrow on the martyrdom of the jawan, but on this day the martyr’s sister (cousin’s daughter) is also getting married. In such a situation, on one side the body of Ramchandra will reach home, on the other hand his sister’s palanquin will come out of the house. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire village due to this sad incident. Now the sister will be married in her hometown.
Ramchandra’s father says that his son told him that he would come to his sister’s wedding. Ramchandra came but his body was brought home. According to reports, the last rites will be performed on the ancestral land near Srikrishnagar Dharmanda Sing 33 KV GSS on the Phalodi-Nagaur highway.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has also expressed grief over the martyrdom of the jawan. He wrote, “I have been very sad to hear the news of the martyrdom of Shri Ramchandra Gorachia, a brave soldier of the Indian Army, resident of Shri Krishnanagar Dharmanda Tanka in Phalodi district, who got Veeragati while serving Mother India in Jammu and Kashmir while on duty. Place the Holy Spirit of Lord Shri Ram martyr jawan in his feet and give the power to the mournful family to bear the miserable family.
