Jodhpur. Today was a special day in Gram Panchayat Kinjari for 90 -year -old Ruparam son Guneshram. For the last six months, his old age pension was closed-due to this, his fingerprint was not coming correctly on the machine, due to which the annual verification was not being done at the e-Mitra center. But in the camp organized under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Pakhwada 2025, when the Department of Avenues verified him with OTP on the spot and pension started – a glow returned to Ruparam’s eyes.
“Now I am confident that the government really thinks of us,” he said gratitude to the state government over the pension being commissioned.
Manakram’s expectations found in Bhimsagar
A similar case came to light in Gram Panchayat Bhimsagar. 70 -year -old Manakram son Prahladram was also deprived of pension for the last six months – the absence of Fingerprint had also become a hindrance here. But this camp also gave wings to his expectations. He was verified by the OTP procedure of the Department of Accepting and his pension was resumed at the same moment. Manakaram’s smile created the real definition of the success of the camp.
A follow -up camp in Dhawa became a source of relief
At the follow -up camp held in Gram Panchayat Dhawa, when the team of the camp in -charge Tehsildar Jhanwar reached the house of 79 -year -old Bhikhalal son Bastiram, there was not only a problem, but there was an uneasiness of years – his old age pension has been closed for a long time. After investigation, officials of the Department of Social Security and Empowerment immediately started the pension.
This quick action made the entire family of Bhikhalal emotional. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to not only the camp in -charge, but also the state government. “This camp has revived our expectations,” he said.
Widow pension in Jawahar Nagar became a gift of relief
Another poignant scene was revealed in the camp held in Gram Panchayat Jawahar Nagar. The widow pension of Mrs. Draupadi, wife Narayan Ram, caste Mali, was closed since October 2024. As time passed, hope also decreased. But when he submitted an application in the camp, Junior Accountant Dilip Kumar Paliwal immediately completed the process under the direction of Tehsildar Sekhala Pooja Chaudhary and started his pension again.
Gajesingh Rathore (Land Records Inspector), Asharam Meena (Patwari), Sarpanch Representative Harisingh and Bhamashah Sang Singh Bhati were also present on the occasion. Draupadi described this support as “a new beginning gift” and thanked the government.
Example of sensitive governance
One thing was the same in these four stories – the sensitivity of the government and the readiness of the camps. Sometimes OTP verification, sometimes by reaching home – these efforts have proved that pension schemes are not just documents, but are associated with the self -esteem of the elderly and the dignity of life.
These camps of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Pakhwada 2025 have actually become a medium to listen to the voices that were often unheard.
