Rajkumar, a boy preparing for UPSC, is beaten up in the house of a Gujarat MLA. Witnesses of his beating were his father himself, as he too was present in the MLA’s house at that time. After this, the prince suddenly disappears the same night. Then a few days later his body is found in the mortuary of a government hospital. Police say he died in an accident, but Rajkumar’s father alleges that his son has been murdered. This case is very shocking.
The charge of two murders on the former MLA is a big shock for Jayaraj Singh Jadeja, former Bahubali MLA of Gondal Assembly of Gujarat. Meanwhile, he has been accused of two murders. In one case, the High Court has also sentenced him to life imprisonment. However, at present, the Supreme Court has stayed that sentence. But he could not contest elections due to being convicted. So he gave BJP ticket to his wife Geeta Ba Jadeja from this assembly seat. Geeta Ba Jadeja is the MLA of that region for the last two times. Ganesh Jadeja aka Jyodiraditya is the son of Jairaj Singh and Geeta Ba Jadeja. Ganesh Jadeja was accused of beating a Dalit youth, due to which he had to go to jail. He is currently out on bail.
Rajkumar, a resident of Bhilwara, was currently preparing for UPSC in Gujarat. But he suddenly disappeared late on 2 March. The father lodged a missing report with the police. But no clue of the prince was found for the next seven days. 7 days later, on March 9, Rajkumar’s father Ratanlal Jat got the news that his son’s body was lying in the morcha of Rajkot Hospital. On going there, he was told that Rajkumar had died in a road accident.
Police has released CCTV footage of Bahubali and former MLA Jairaj Singh Jadeja and his wife and current MLA Geeta Ba Jadeja’s house located in Gondal. The police have released some pictures from the CCTV camera of his house. Which is about 11 pm on 2 March. This was the night when the prince disappeared. In CCTV photos, many people are seen in camera together inside the MLA’s house. In which Rajkumar and his father Ratanlal Jat are also seen.
According to Rajkumar’s father Ratanlal, Rajkumar went to the temple from home on the evening of March 2. CCTV photos are also testifying to Ratanlal’s words. In this picture, Rajkumar is also seen going to the temple. But when the prince did not return home till 10:30 pm, Ratanlal was worried about his son and he himself reached the temple to pick him up. On reaching the temple, he took his son Rajkumar and both of them sat on the prince’s bike and left for the house.
There was an argument between father and son about riding a bike. CCTV camera has revealed a picture of the same time when father-son is going on a bike. Rajkumar is riding a bike. But the place where there was a speed breaker, the balance of Rajkumar’s bike deteriorates and his father Ratanlal, sitting behind, jumps down from the bike. After this, Rajkumar also takes back the bike and now there is a debate between the son and daughter here. Ratanlal was asking his son Rajkumar to drive the bike properly. Incidentally, the place where the two were being debated was the MLA’s house.
Ganesh Jadeja said that after hearing the beating of the prince, some people come out of the MLA’s house and take him inside the house. CCTV photos are present as evidence of entry into the house. And now the whole story starts from here. According to this story, the MLA’s son Ganesh Jadeja entered the house and started beating the prince. The witness of this beating was Rajkumar’s father Ratanlal himself.
Ratanlal returned home with his son Rajkumar after the last meeting of father and son. Since Rajkumar was preparing for UPSC, Ratanlal rented a room near his house. The prince used to study in the same room. After returning from the MLA’s house, Rajkumar asked his father to go to his room and left the house. This was the last meeting of father and son.
A week later the body was found in the morgue. On the morning of March 3, like every day, Ratanlal went to his son’s room and no one was found in the room. After this he kept looking for him all day, but he was not found anywhere. Tired, he wrote a report of his son’s disappearance in the police late in the evening, but the prince could not be detected. Then a week later on March 9, the police told Ratanlal that his son had died in a road accident and kept the body in the morcha of a government hospital in Rajkot.
Ratanlal is shocked by the disappearance of Rajkumar’s disappearance at the MLA’s house on the MLA’s house and his corpse was recovered after a week and his death as a road accident by the police. Now they are directly accusing the MLA’s son and his men of conspiring to kill the prince. These cameras captured or known near the spot and their details were captured. Drivers were questioned. During this interrogation, a truck driver said that when he passed by the spot at 2:33 pm, he saw a dead body lying on the road.
The bus driver accepted the accident! After the statement of the truck driver, the police now started a detailed search of vehicles passing through the scene from 2:35 pm to 2:35 pm. According to the police, according to the timing of the truck driver in these vehicles, a bus came under suspicion. Police soon detected this bus of Ocean Travels. Rajkumar has 43 bruises on his body, but the family of the prince is not sure of this theory of the police. And there is a reason for this. One reason for this is Rajkumar’s post -mortem report. According to the postmortem report, Rajkumar had a total of 43 bruises on his body. Usually in the case of road accident, there are scars of innumerable injuries on the body due to stony road and collision, so 43 injuries cannot be wrong. But this report is saying that apart from injuries on the rest of the Rajkumar’s body, deep bruises were also found on the interiors of his private organs. Now the question is that the place where this injury is mentioned in the report is not possible in the case of road accident.
CCTV footage tampered with! Surprisingly, the bus whose driver is being responsible for the death of the prince, is that after the accident, he never informed his owner about the accident. CCTV cameras are installed in front and back at the place where the accident took place, but there was no camera at the accident site. The pictures of the CCTV camera of the MLA’s house released by the police are two to four minutes long and the footage issued according to Rajkumar’s father Ratanlal has been issued and issued.
Rajkumar’s father has accused the BJP MLA’s family of murder that his son has not died in a road accident but was murdered. And they are directly blaming the MLA’s family for this murder. He also protested with his son’s body. They demand that the investigation of the matter should be handed over to the CBI to bring out the truth.
