This punishment has been heard in three different cases. After kidnapping a five -year -old girl, a man crossed the limits of cruelty and raped her first and then murdered her.
The incident took place five years ago
This case is of the year 2019. A case of kidnapping, rape and ruthless murder of a five -year -old girl came to light in Kalameshwar, 20 km from Nagpur. The accused closed his mouth by punching a T-shirt in the innocent girl’s mouth and brutally raped her and killed her.
The body of the girl was found lying in unclaimed condition
The incident is on 6 December 2019. When the victim’s mother returned home from work, she found her daughter missing. Assuming that the girl must have gone to her grandmother’s house, the family did not create any ruckus. When the girl did not return the next morning, the family started searching, but she could not be found. On 7 December 2019, at around 11 am, the family lodged a missing report at Kalameshwar police station. The police immediately registered a case of kidnapping. On 8 December 2019, the body of the girl was found in a farm in the village. The police identified the body and sent the body of the girl for post -mortem and medical examination revealed that she was sexually assaulted and her head was brutally crushed with the stone found near her body.
Justice after 5 years
The crime on December 7, 2019 created a wave of shock and demanded fast-track justice. The police immediately started searching for the accused, which was identified as Sanjay Puri, which was around at the time of kidnapping. He was accused of taking advantage of the innocent loneliness and seduced him to the fields and killing him after rape.

In 2019, Judge SR Padwal sentenced convict Sanjay Puri to a fine of Rs 15,000 and 7 years in jail. When this incident came to light, there was tremendous anger among the people. Then the villagers strongly opposed this. After this, the victim’s lawyer produced 26 witnesses against Sanjay Puri and argued that the accused committed a heinous crime and brutally murdered the five-year-old girl, so he is entitled to the death sentence.
