According to the information, Narendra Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister of the country for the third time on June 8. NDA has 292 MPs while 272 is required for majority. Along with this, many other independent MPs can also support the NDA government. Chandrababu Naidu and Nitish Kumar have made it clear that both the parties will continue to support the NDA.
What did the opposition parties say?
On Wednesday, a meeting of the India Alliance of opposition parties was also held in New Delhi. It was made clear in this meeting that for now they will sit in the opposition and will not try to form the government. The total number of MPs with the NDA is crossing 292 while the opposition parties have 234 MPs.
Meeting of all NDA MPs
On June 7, there will be a meeting of all the NDA MPs in the Central Hall of the old Parliament House. In which the formalities of electing Narendra Modi as the leader of the NDA Parliamentary Parties will also be completed. After this, on June 8, Narendra Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister for the third time. BJP will talk to all the allies regarding the form of the government. The responsibility of this has been given to Rajnath Singh, JP Nadda and Amit Shah.
