The victim’s statement was recorded at the Community Health Center on the next day of gang rape i.e. on March 2, 2024, while the police registered an FIR under Section 376D (gang rape) and 395 (robbery) of the IPC.

During the incident, the accused recovered the looted Swiss knife, wrist watch, diamond -studded platinum ring, silver ring, black earpod, wallet, credit card, 11000 rupees, steel spoon and fork with US $ 300 with US $ 300.

According to the 28 -year -old victim, “Indian people are good. I blame not people but criminals. People of India have treated me very well and they were very kind to me.”
