Many Pakistani cricketers are saying that Team India should definitely come to Pakistan. Even Shahid Afridi said that we will welcome them in such a way that they will forget everything. Amidst all this, Hasan Ali’s statement has also come.
Hasan Ali said during an interview on Sama TV, “If we are going to play against India, then they should also come to Pakistan. Many people have said a thousand times that cricket should be kept away from politics. But if you look at it from a different angle, many Indian cricketers have said that they want to play in Pakistan. So this does not mean that their team does not want to come to Pakistan. They can definitely come.”

Hasan further said, “But they too cannot do anything. They have their own policies, country and board. Our chairman has already said that if the Champions Trophy is being held in Pakistan, it will be held in Pakistan only. I would say that if they do not come, we will play without them. Cricket will not end if India does not play in the Champions Trophy. There are many other teams apart from India.”
PCB has asked for written assurance
A PCB source has said that if the Indian government has not given permission, it will have to be given in writing and the BCCI should give that letter to the ICC immediately. We are constantly saying that the BCCI should inform the ICC in writing about the team going to Pakistan for the tournament five to six months in advance.
